Our Philosophy

We believe that all vehicle owners should be able to enjoy their vehicles as they see fit, so long as it does not restrict or impose upon the enjoyment or have a significant impact on the safety of other drivers and passengers, nor have any greater impact upon the environment based on the standards in existence at the time of the vehicles manufacture.

We believe that government should encourage manufacturers to produce safer and more environmentally friendly vehicles. However, these regulations should not be placed upon owners retroactively. Government should not use selective enforcement of current laws to produce revenue. Government should report all results of activities to the public regarding covert operations on the general public after said operation has been completed, including but not limited to, the number of people an vehicles detained, arrested, citations issues and fines/fees levied. Any offenses that warrant suspension, revocation or partial suspension of a citizen's driving license should be conducted as any other trial where the defendant could be incarcerated, as being unable to drive is essentially a house arrest sentence.

Drivers should be given the earliest opportunity to practice this skill under close supervision. Excessive restrictions should not be placed on newly licensed drivers as many new drivers are also seeking employment so they may become productive members of society.

Manufactures should be responsible for the products they produce. We realize that occasionally a product does not perform as expected. Recalls should be swift and broad. Crash test ratings cited in advertisements should be the lowest rating the entire vehicle received on a specific test, not the highest for a crash test that does not happen often in real driving situations. Manufacturers should be held accountable for gross negligence of a defect in their product.

Lenders should not take advantage of poorer citizens with outrageous interest rates for loans that will last almost as long as the vehicle.

Insurance companies should refund money paid to people who fall into high risk categories if they are not involved in any accidents after the course of three years. Claims denied by insurance companies should not become part of any record for use by other insurance companies and these claims should not be used to increase premiums in any method. Premiums should not be increased as a result of non-accident related incidents such as, but not limited to theft, accidental fire, flooding or accidents where the vehicle was parked without an operator. "Act of God" clauses should be removed from contracts, as everything could be an act of God, and that is why people buy insurance.

We believe that all owners should have easy, reliable vehicle maintenance logging available 24 hours a day.
